The decision
A Swiss bank needed a Governance, Risk and Compliance platform that fitted its operating needs.
My contribution
I worked with bank employees to establish requirements, assess suppliers and explain the fit and trade-offs behind a recommendation.
The result
The bank procured the recommended platform. My remit was the evaluation and recommendation; implementation was outside that scope.
What I bring to a similar decision
An independent view that connects a technology choice with the work it needs to support. The recommendation makes the important trade-offs and conditions clear.
