My background connects engineering, investment operations and consulting. Before advising large organisations, I built analytical tools, trading interfaces and reporting systems inside investment businesses.
At Deloitte Consulting, from 2012 to 2025, I progressed from Consultant to Director in Operational Excellence. My work covered client lifecycle management, regulatory change, data capabilities, operating models and programme leadership.
How I work.
I move between the detail and the decision: how a process works, what a sponsor needs to resolve and where people are talking past each other. I bring direct conversation, thoughtful challenge and practical support.
The useful outcome is a clearer decision and people who know how to act on it. Sometimes that needs a second opinion; sometimes it needs sustained advisory support or an agreed leadership role.
Beyond work.
I enjoy sport, cooking, travel and time outdoors. I like meeting people with different experiences and learning how they see the world. That curiosity carries into my work.
