Packing and transport are chosen for the individual piece. You receive a complete quotation before deciding to buy.
Protection matched to the piece.
Build a protective package
Works on paper travel with suitable surface protection and rigid support. Paintings and framed works need protected corners, cushioning and a strong outer package, with space between the packing and painted surfaces.
Choose suitable transport
Tracked parcel delivery is considered for suitable works. Large, valuable, glazed or delicate pieces may need a specialist art packer, a fitted crate or dedicated transport.
Agree everything in advance.
Your quotation sets out the work, protective packing, delivery, any agreed transport cover and dispatch timing. Acceptance and cover are checked for the particular work; a tracking number alone does not guarantee cover for its full value.
Switzerland and beyond.
Delivery is arranged from Switzerland. International requests are assessed individually, including destination restrictions and any import taxes, duties or handling charges. Collection can be arranged privately.
When it arrives.
Keep the packaging until you have checked the work. If anything appears damaged, photograph the outer box, packing and artwork and contact me promptly.
