Engagements and artwork enquiries
Service descriptions are invitations to discuss an engagement. Scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed separately before work begins.
An artwork enquiry is not a purchase, reservation or acceptance of an offer. Availability, format, price, delivery and any rights of use are agreed for the individual work. A purchase is agreed through individual email correspondence, including the total, payment arrangements, delivery and applicable terms. Clicking the enquiry button does not place an order.
Artwork prices include any applicable Swiss VAT. Protective packing and delivery are quoted separately. Import taxes, customs duties or destination charges may be due on international deliveries and are discussed before dispatch.
Copyright and image use
Original artwork and authored text are protected by copyright where applicable. Rights in photographs or third-party material remain with their respective holders. Please request permission before reproducing, commercially using or adapting material, except where the law permits the use. Buying a physical work does not transfer reproduction rights.
