Decision economics
Value, full operating cost, implementation burden and the complexity of proving the case.
A focused advisory engagement
Know what is worth pursuing before you commit.
AI pressure is rising faster than decision clarity. The scan tests one live decision: where the value is real, what must be controlled and what leadership should not commit to yet.
Before you commit
Use cases and vendor discussions can move ahead before the business case, ownership, access boundaries and full operating cost are clear. The scan brings those questions into one assessment.
Agentic AI is considered alongside simpler automation and process redesign. The recommendation is to move to proof, prepare, hold or stop. Stop is a valid outcome.
Independent by design. No software sales, implementation revenue or referral fees form part of the scan. Technology and partner choices follow the decision.
Decision outputs
Value, full operating cost, implementation burden and the complexity of proving the case.
The few issues that must be resolved before further investment is justified.
Whether process, data, ownership, access and control conditions are ready enough.
A bounded test with clear entry conditions, success measures and stop criteria.
A defined engagement
The engagement runs for ten business days from kickoff to readout, with five to six interviews, relevant evidence and approximately six to nine hours of total client time. The start date, participants and access to evidence are agreed before kickoff.
The fixed fee is CHF 15’000 for a business engagement, excluding VAT where applicable. Any additional work is agreed separately.
If proceeding makes sense, I can support proof design, governance and independent partner selection. Implementation is separately scoped.
First decide what deserves to be built. Then who should build it.
Bring one live decision. We test whether the scan is the right next step. Please keep confidential detail out of the first message.
